LGBTQ+ Townhall
Equality Arlington is hosting a LGBTQ+ Townhall for LGBTQ+ residents and allies to hear about local and state efforts to protect the rights of the LGBTQ+ community. Many members of the LGBTQ+ community have been feeling increased anxiety after the results of the November election. Come to Clarendon Presbyterian Church (1305 N Jackson St, Arlington, VA 22201) on Monday, December 2nd at 6:30 PM to hear from elected leaders and ask your questions. The following elected leaders will be speaking at the Townhall:

Senator Adam Ebbin, Virginia Senate
Mauren Coffey, Arlington County Board
Bethany Zecher Sutton, Arlington School Board
We will also provide updates on Equality Arlington's continued advocacy work and discuss ways for supporters to get involved in protecting LGBTQ+ rights and working to address the needs of LGBTQ+ residents.

Pickets, Protests, and Parades: The History of Gay Pride in Washington
Equality Arlington and Equality NOVA are co-sponsoring an educational panel discussion on LGBTQ+ history on Stonewall Day! We have a speaker from the Rainbow History Project and will have an opportunity for attendees to paint their own pride bricks!
Equality Arlington Pride Party!
Join Equality Arlington for our Pride Party at Quincy Hall! Join us for queer trivia with prizes for the winning teams! Come eat some good food and celebrate the contributions of LGBTQ+ residents in our community. We’ll also have a 50/50 raffle. The party is free and all are welcome!

United Against Hate: A Panel Discussion
Join us for an insightful discussion to be United Against Hate
Join this event to learn how to identify, report, and help prevent hate crimes; as well as build trust between law enforcement and communities through the U.S. Department of Justice United Against Hate initiative.
This will be a panel discussion to connect community groups to federal and local law enforcement to increase community understanding and reporting of hate crimes and hate incidents and to create and strengthen alliances between law enforcement and other government partners and community groups to combat unlawful acts of hate, particularly as they relate to the LGBTQIA+ community.
We are lucky to count on the participation of the FBI, the Arlington County Police Department, and the Arlington County Sheriff’s Department.

2023 Arlington Pride Festival
Following the success of Arlington’s inaugural Pride celebration last year, THE POLISHED KREATIVE is again hosting one of Arlington’s biggest event of the Summer – The Arlington Pride Festival June 24th, 2023 from 12PM - 7PM at the Rosslyn Gateway Park VA (1300 Lee Hwy, Arlington, VA 22209).
This event has a simple but impactful message, Moving Forward Together. This reminds us of the importance of working together to make our community stronger.
The Arlington Pride Festival will inspire our community to collaborate in new ways, ensuring all LGBTQIA+ individuals and their families & friends feel empowered, and supported.
This FREE Event for all ages, and will be held at The Rosslyn Gateway Park. Gateway Park is a three-acre public park owned by Arlington County.
The Arlington Pride Festival will include:
